Processing and transit
Processing normally takes 3–7 business days. Estimated carrier transit is 5–10 business days. The typical total delivery estimate is therefore 8–17 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders received after 5:00 PM Central Time begin processing the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
International orders
The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees imposed by the destination. Customs or carrier delays are outside our control.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows a delivery problem or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when relevant. We will review the case and available carrier or replacement options.
